The National Association of REALTORS predicts a continued slow increase in nationwide real estate values. Others predict a worldwide economic recession. Who are you to believe when it comes to making decisions for your real estate investments? My team focuses on Pinellas barrier Island properties. Our 16 beach towns have unique characteristics that can either increase or decrease property values. Many factors influence whether you buy, sell, remodel or rent. Since I’m in the field every day assisting mostly sellers, I come across many decisions being made that are both uninformed and unwise. Sometimes, the more informed we are the more confused we become.
