Hellen Lima helped us find a condo for our college aged young adult. It was important that we kept on budget and that it was in a safe area. Hellen went above and beyond. The market is very fast-paced right now and we would see a property and it would be gone by the end of the day. Hellen was available whenever we called and more than once had to do a little research for us on an HOA or a property. After seeing many places, and putting in a few offers, we finally found the perfect place and Hellen wrote an offer on a Sunday and it was accepted by the end of the day on Tuesday. Hellen helped us through the process of making an offer, the home inspection, and closing. We are very thankful to Hellen and we will definitely refer her to any friends or family that need a realtor.
