About Me
I moved from the Northeast to Florida approximately 10 years ago and enjoy everything about the area and what it has to offer, I now live on the Emerald Coast, where people vacation. What else can be said! I enjoy the great weather and spending time outdoors boating, fishing, sports, travel to local beaches, amusement parks and attend the many outdoor festivals.

I am a CPA with 40 years of demonstrated success specializing in investment finance for Real Estate and Mortgages.
During my corporate tenure, I led and managed departments in various facets of real estate including mortgages, finance and operations. My responsibilities included strategic initiatives involving multi-billion dollar real estate divestitures, managing foreclosure activity and oversight of property managers for residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties. My mortgage expertise includes loans for residential, commercial, agricultural properties and Fannie Mae, FHA, Ginnie Mae and Freddie Mac products.
