I’m Kim Statam Brown, and I’m proud to call Pensacola home — truly home. I was born at Baptist Hospital in 1963, graduated from Tate High School in 1981, and I’ve spent my entire life rooted right here in the community I love so much.
I’ve been a Realtor since 2015, but my background in serving people and this community goes back more than 45 years. Over the years, I’ve worked in banking, mortgage, collections, builder sales, and residential real estate across Pensacola, Molino, Cantonment, Pace, Milton, and surrounding areas. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of both the financial and emotional side of buying and selling homes.
Today, I’m blessed to be with Century 21 BE3, helping buyers and sellers through some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Real estate has never been just about houses to me — it’s about people, relationships, trust, and helping families move into the next chapter of their lives with confidence.
I’ve personally experienced many sides of real estate and life, and I understand the excitement, stress, questions, and uncertainty that can come with buying, selling, building, downsizing, or starting over. My goal is always to make people feel heard, respected, informed, and cared for throughout the process.
Faith and family are at the center of who I am. I truly try to live my life remembering that Jesus is watching my steps, and I want the way I treat people to reflect kindness, honesty, grace, and compassion.
Outside of real estate, I love creativity, decorating, gardening, community connections, and encouraging others. I believe this world needs more kindness, more support, and more people willing to genuinely help one another.
If you ever need real estate guidance, local information, or simply someone to point you in the right direction, I’d love to help however I can.
Thank you to everyone who has supported, encouraged, referred, prayed for, and believed in me throughout the years. It means more than you know.
