Like many people living in Florida, I’m from someplace else. Born and raised in Michigan, I spent a decade in Colorado Springs before calling the Florida Suncoast home—and I wouldn’t trade this sunny slice of paradise for all the snow in Michigan (or Colorado, for that matter!). Relocating across the country multiple times, finding new friends and things to do, and creating a whole new life taught me how to navigate the challenges of buying and selling a home from your point of view. One thing is for sure: it isn’t easy.
The truth is, in one way or another, I’ve been training my whole life to become a real estate agent.
As the co-owner of a successful furniture store in Michigan, I spent a lot of time with homeowners learning what motivated them to buy their homes and understanding how to market and sell to them. As a software executive in Colorado Springs, I lived and breathed contracts, negotiations, and marketing. The skills I honed during this combined, thirty-year period built the foundation for my career as a REALTOR®.
Today, I’m a top-producing agent at one of the leading CENTURY 21® brokerages in the country. I’m committed to securing the best deals (and finding the best digs) for my clients, and I hold a variety of professional designations that allow me to provide you with a higher level of service.
