Growing up in Sarasota, Florida, I share a unique part of history with the city. I was in the 5th grade at Emma E. Booker Elementary School listening to President Bush read to our class when the events of 9/11 happened. I was standing behind President Bush and my mother, former principal Gwendolyn Tose-Rigell, as he addressed the nation about the events happening that day. This moment forever changed my life.
This event sparked an interest in communications. I was interviewed over the phone by a French reporter, the first of many. In middle school, I focused on journalism, history, and news. In high school, I played sports year-round; football, basketball, weightlifting, track & field, and wrestling winning as county champion for Braden River High School in its early years. In college, I went on to continue my interest in communications and earned my degree in Communications with an emphasis on Broadcasting and Television. Throughout my career, I have mainly been in sales due to my interest in helping others whether it was in electronics, fashion, or cars. Being easy to talk to and supportive of others' needs is just who I am.
Education played a huge role in my upbringing so getting to learn and grow in this industry and in turn educate others is what I am most excited and passionate about. In my free time, I like to work out and be active having lost over 70 pounds by incorporating a keto lifestyle. I love photography and like to be in nature or on the water. My music, film, and book tastes are eclectic and as unique as I am.
And now, as a trusted advisor with CENTURY 21 Beggins, I look forward to bringing diplomacy and a systematic approach to each transaction along with a commitment to professionalism that my clients can count on.
